Plan Development
Communication
We will establish clear communication channels and protocols to ensure timely and effective communication with employees, subcontractors, clients, and relevant stakeholders during a disruption.
Training and Awareness:
We will provide training and awareness programs to employees and key stakeholders to familiarize them with the BCP and their roles in executing it
Testing and Exercising
We will regularly test and exercise the BCP to evaluate its effectiveness, identify areas for improvement, and enhance our readiness to respond to disruptions.
